I created an account under 18 and it immediately asked for an ID, I didn't give them one for obvious reasons but can I wait until I'm 18 and then give ID or will they ban me anyway?
If you can't provide the requested i.d. then your account would be permanently limited as its against paypal rules to open an underage account.
Then you would have to check with customer services when you are 18 to see if they will allow you to open another account as you were previously banned.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
