You can't use PayPal anymore message. I tried to fix it for hours.

I got a "You can't use PayPal anymore" message. After talking to two people on the phone for hours even the higherup person told me they couldn't even figure out why I was banned from Paypal. I talked to customer service and they said there was nothing they could do, but they never could even tell me the reason. I still have funds in my account. This is extremely bad for me because I need the money, I submitted everything for my business prior and have been EXTREMELY complimented. I submitted my ID, about 20 tracking numbers, 20 proof of orders, 20 screenshots. I was expecting to get a faster way to take my money out of Paypal. Instead I get banned for no reason with funds stuck, no answers, no help. If anyone could help me It would be greatly appreciated I feel like I've looked for everything!

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

PayPal does review accounts regularly, and any concerns with security, violations of the User Agreement or Acceptable Use Agreement, compliance obligations, etc., could lead to a permanent restriction. Paypal state that additional information beyond what would have been provided to you in a notification and/or email would not be available due to security concerns. I guess a reason wouldn't make any difference if they have permanently banned you !!!
