You won’t get one. I tried for months and finally accepted a $15 refund for a $43 purchase. They won’t let you return anything they will keep telling you that it’s too expensive to return to China. Good luck!

Terrible company, won't honor returns.  Paypal wouldn't accept my claim since the company did deliver the goods.  However, my bank is still looking into my fraud claim.  Avoid this company.

I ordered a sweater that was poorly made and way too big. When I contacted the company they emailed me and kept asking if I ordered the correct size. It is the smallest size they make. Now they are telling me I am responsible for shipping it back to China.

A PayPal charge to this "company" showed up on my wife's (non-PayPal) credit card. She doesn't even have a PayPal account. Fraud.

I have ordered several items from CHICINFOS LTD on 01.01.2021. for total amount of USD116. Seller did not provided any invoice, email message or any other evidences of the purchase. PayPal payment went out automatically, without asking me login to my PayPal account. The only document relevant to this purchase I have in hands is PayPal transaction report. The purchase Invoice ID found in this report is not valid. I've done several attempts to track my order using that Invoice ID, but time after time I saw only error messages. I reported the issue to the PayPal resolution center, but my case was closed, since they didn't find anything suspicious. I was also told to try contact seller in order to resolve the problem.

So, now I have to deal with the very suspicious CHICINFOS LTD, already reported by the several members of the PayPal community as a fraud, with very suspiciously looking email address

So, all in all I want to cancel this transaction since I have no hope to reach the seller and find acceptable solution for the case.

Friends, please share your thoughts and your experience if you know how to deal with such situation. Thanks.

I ordered an item on November 20, it finally arrived December 24. It did not fit and I have been trying to return it to get a refund but they've given me a return address in US. Ot is not worth me paying for the return fares. They don't have a returns address in Australia. They offered to refund me $4 to keep it. I have disputed this on PayPal. Please do so too. The more people do disput, the better.

They are also doing business as Ctrends LTD, Curveswell.com, and HFashion LTD.  I also filed dispute with PayPal, but was denied.  The company has a few different email addresses including:

<Removed> and

<Removed>

When I googled Ctrends I got a electronics company.  The woman there told me she's receiving several calls now from women who have been scammed by this company.  I have filed a complaint with the FYI Cyber Crime department.  You can do the same here at this link:  https://complaint.ic3.gov/default.aspx  That may sound drastic, but if PayPal is going to continue to allow this company to take people's money without any protection, then someone needs to step in.  I was told that some of the women calling the company are elderly and can't get anyone to help them.

You can find their other websites by copying any of the pictures on their site, searching it and it will pop up on all their other sites.  Take note of the addresses and avoid them. They are fraud and scamming people.
