good luck getting anything out of paypal. CHICINFOS LTD is just a fake grouping of a variety of phony chinese companies. I ordered from Homeandmart some pandemic supplies back in the beginning of april. Its' now been in dispute with paypal for over two months. Paypal has extended the deadline for resolution over 30 times.
I ordered from them and DID receive my order. However, it is WAYYY too small and they did not send a packing slip, receipt, or any paperwork with the order. I need to return it and the only contact info I found was on the Paypal details and they never got back to me. I just contacted Paypal regarding it .. hope they help me!
I also received my swimsuit and it’s mediocre quality and fits horribly. After two weeks of back and forth with the company (they are terribly unresponsive and kept giving me the runaround, even wanted me to send pictures with measurements to which I said no way) they told me I can return it as long as I pay ~$35 shipping back to China. I said the item shipped from California, you guys are a scam, I’ll be reporting the charge!!!
Do you have a site for them or a phone number, email address, .. anything??? I have nothing to get ahold of them other than what the Paypal details gives and that email never responds. What a scam this co. is!
I ordered 2 swimsuits. I only received 1 so far. It took 4 weeks. I am happy with the suit but it’s slightly different than pictured. Does anyone have the original site? I can’t get through to company.

I ordered from them in Jan and received the items in May. All of the items were horribly sized and nothing fit me at all. I emailed them to return the items and received no response from them. I sent both of the emails that I sent to Paypal and they were able to contact the company who informed me that I would have to return the items and pay for the shipping costs. The items were only 72.00 and the shipping cost was 66.00. This company is a scam.
I recently received 2 swimsuits from them. Very nice quality. It did take a while. I wanted to know what site I got them off. Not noted on the mailing slip. But they are nice suits. One I just found for over 2x the price
