Buyer claims he never received package, but his building manager did… opened

Here’s a unique one: I sold a computer part through g/s, and shipped via UPS through PayPal w/signature. It was delivered a few days later and signed for. The buyer contacted me and said he didn’t receive the package. I told him who signed, and he said “oh ok that was my building manager.” The next day, he says she doesn’t remember what happened to the package, and nor does ups. He opens a ups claim, and tells me that they’ve agreed to refund me $2600 for the package. Simultaenously, he opens a PayPal claim saying the package was stolen. Am I in any risk here? I shipped to the address on the g/s exchange with signature, have drop off and delivery receipt, tracking, and screenshots of our conversation. I also have a video of myself packing up the part, with tracking on it, not that it should matter. Thank you for your help here!
