Bitcoin scam via pay pal

I've been sent bitcoin worth 7k the person said I must pay pay pal witg bitcoin,to clear this money coming from the USA. I'm very suss. I got an email today stating I have made a sale as it's a business paypal. I've a screen shot but can't share. Can anyone help

You haven’t been sent bitcoin. Were you expecting 7K in bitcoin?

It’s just a spoof email. Forward it to phishing@paypal.com

Log on to your account and you’ll find no such thing.

PayPal does not ask you to send money in order to receive money.

Upgrading to business account is not required to receive payments and to upgrade is free.
