Betreff: eBay private transaction - DHL lost package - eBay decided in favor of buyer

Went trhough something similar (case ID PP-D-135486182 if anyone from paypal actually bothers.) Sent two devices worth over 300 euro incldugin ful customs documents and tracking to a scammer from Tschech Republic Marcel Rusinko and have tracking that clearly shows the parcel is in the customs dept. He never went to pick it up and now claimed to paypal he didnt receive the goods. 

Do not do business with Marcel <Removed>!

Paypal decided to refund his money and I have lost my goods. This is ludicrous. I have paid and collected over 20K on paypal over the years and will now close my account and never use this service again. Great way to use a long term user. Totally ridiculous behaviour from paypal, not worth dealing with ever again.

Surely if the item wasn't collected from customs then the buyer did not receive it and it should return back to you?

I have had international items not delivered and its sent back to the return address on the parcel ie back to me.
