Bank Statement on Temporarily limit

Hi, how can i get back my account which have been temporarily limited and paypal asked me to give ID, Address, and bank statement which i dont have since im only using e-wallet and never use any bank account so how i can get back my account? hope someone can answer

You would need to provide the documents or information that paypal are requesting OR use another payment processor unfortunately.
