I orderered Lysol spray disinfectant from an online website Lysolty shop IT'S A SCAM I received a bogus tracking number and PayPal paid them only to receive my p"package" today which instead of my 6 cans of Lysol spray was a small toy the size of a quarter. I see other post that this has happened to many people and Pay Pal appears to be doing NOTHING to stop this

More precisely, BFE Corporation must be covertly owned/operated by PayPal or otherwise secretly profiting from it to have been aware for so long and failing to shut it down. I have alerted federal authorities and suggested they take punitive actions accordingly against PayPal.

Don't count on PayPal to help. But their inaction has saved me as I no longer use their services to buy stuff so their allowing a scam artist to make $50 off of me has cost PayPal a customer for life.  My CC co. actually does protect their users. Anyone need a tiny sponge? Guess I can donate it to a charity or treat it as a casualty loss if I was as crooked as this BFE scam operation being aided by PP.

I just made this mistake and immediately knew it was a fraudulent website. PayPal said I approved the transaction and declined to assist. I paid $90 for a stroller and was delivered a coin-sized piece plastic today. I emailed the fake email address several times without response. Not happy PayPal isn’t will to help me resolve this. I hope others can be warned before making fake purchases. What a scam.

I received items from this place. But I did not order anything.  No charging at all.  I don't know what is happening.

Just another case here. Via hansfor.com website, decided to take a chance on new site as I thought PayPal would protect from any suspect behaviour. I was wrong. Claim denied - apparently ANY tracking number to the correct ZIP code is enough to PROVE the correct item was sent and delivered. If they investigated as claimed they would have quickly noticed BFE as the sender, along with multiple other red flags.

In my case I didn't get a trinket, they sent to a different address in the same ZIP code from what I can tell (nothing delivered to my address on the "delivered" date"). Delivery was "in mailbox" per USPS despite being a bulky package (large board game) that would not fit in any mailbox I know of.

If PayPal don't accept my escalation today I will dispute via my CC.

Dong hui Yuan and the BFE Corporation are frauds.  I received a package today from BFE Corporation.  The attached photo shows what was in the package; very different from the Makita power tool I ordered from Makita-US.store for $68.99.  I have requested information on my order from the vendor but have not received anything other than a request for the case to be closed, which I refuse to consider.

Update:  I sent PayPall a photo of the little yellow envelope with 5 tiny Lego pieces BFE sent me and followed up with a phone call.  They refunded my purchase price and have closed the case.

I just won my case against them, had ordered a guitar, got three beads. Complained to PP, they made them send me a USPS tracking number. Package arrived, it was THREE BEADS. Complained again, was told they would refund if I sent the beads back...but instead of to the return address in NJ, to CHINA.
Not having that, I filed reports on the states attorneys general websites in NJ and my state. Told PayPal if they didn't help, would report them to the FTC. They were giving me stock answers.
Finally got a supervisor to step in, an they asked me to file a report at https://www.ic3.gov/
and send them a copy. Once that was done, PP did the right thing and ruled that they tried to scam me and are issuing a refund.

DON'T GIVE UP!! Keep at customer service, and file a report at https://www.ic3.gov  and with your state authorities. The more they hear about these guys, the more they'll investigate.
Save all communications, take pictures, screenshot any websites and confirmation pages. Don't let them win!
