Appeal won in buyers favor despite clear evidence service was recieved and provided

I had a client file a dispute for service rendered. I provided compelling evidence such as: email string showing proof the service was recieved and client was happy with said service, screenshots of the clients website backend clearly showing the website was located in their account, proof the client owned the account, proof client had access to all deliverables, contract clearly stating the services to be rendered and a paragraph detailing that all deposit payments are non-refundable. The dispute was still ruled in clients favor despite me appealing it multiple times. Paypal was provided a surplus of evidence. I am wondering what can be done here. I have already contacted a lawyer who will be serving paypal a legal notice to appear in court.

Screenshots are insufficient evidence as they can be faked.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

What about video evidence?

Video can be edited too.

Did you provide urls to client’s website that work is active? Try appealing again as “buyer abuse”? Might not get your money back but could put buyer on PayPal’s radar.

Another option is to file a complaint at bbb.org under PayPal San Jose, CA to resolve it.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

I also provided the URL. I have a lawyer on it, they are going to court this week to file a case against Paypal.
