Account restricted

I need to fix this. I called someone but she said my ID was rejected that they will go ahead and check why?? I made my account 7mths ago. Shouldnt they already double checked that by now?? The card on file i want to change to a new card and i cant cause its restricted. I won money on draft kings and they have sent it to pay pal. How am im going to get my money when i cant except any payments cause of this restriction? I told the lady i want to speak with someone else and she hung up on me.

I do understand your concern with this. When an account limitation is placed, you would be required to complete all the steps in the Resolution Center to resolve it. Once all the steps are done, your account would be sent for review. You would then be updated via email.

Your account would not be sent for review until all the steps show as Completed. I would suggest you check your Resolution Center for any remaining steps. For further details, please click here.
