Account limited out of the blue. What can i do ?

Today at 1:39 PM an email was sent to me by pay pal...
"We're initiating closure of your PayPal account"
I have one question ? Why..? What did i do ?
I have been using PayPal since April 2021. I have been receiving and sending money actively since November of the same year. But today for no reason i get this email. i still have money in my account which i can't do anything with.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
