Account permanent limitation after upload ID.

Hi All!

I have recently been locked out of my account permanently after uploading my ID.

Apparently I was under 18 when uploading it but am of age now.

Is there any way to retrieve the account from being permanently blocked?

No. The account is finished. Accounts opened while underage are invalid because minors can’t enter into contracts.

Contact customer services, explain the situation and ask for assistance with opening a new account so the system won’t ban your new account, too. They may need to reset your bank account and/or card to be linkable to the new account.
