Paypal’s Attestation of Compliance (AOC) for PCI DSS Required please.

My company (based in Adelaide, SA, Australia) is being asked to supply an official Attestation of Compliance (AOC) for PCI DSS. Does anyone know where I can source this? We were also asked to supply the same document for Google (which, to my surprise, was found with ease via a Google search). I assumed PayPal's PCI Compliance documents would be easy to locate and obtain as I'm certain this question and request gets asked often? Can anyone help with this? Thanks to all in advance.
