A customer is attempting to commit chargeback fraud on me in 3 transactions but PayPal isn't letting me respond.

Hi @WDI,

 

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble uploading documents to a claim! I recommend to clear your history, cache and cookies on your current browser or try on another browser/device. I see you are attempting to upload a PNG, which is acceptable. However, I recommend converting the document to a PDF to see if it will attach and upload better. I hope this helps!
