sandbox issue

I am using sandbox payment for payment test but here i need card detail. i added card detail provided in sandbox but i m getting Sorry, your bank wasn't able to verify your VISA x-8735 at this time. Please choose another way to pay.

Hello,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community.

If you are testing INR then you will need to add a card that can process INR. The good news is that we just added these to the Credit Card generator in the PayPal Developer site.

• Log into the Developer Dashboard at https://developer.paypal.com
• Go to the Credit Card Generator
• Choose Visa INR Payments

• Generate the card
• You should be able to add the card after that to the sandbox account by going to https://sandbox.paypal.com and logging into the sandbox account.
