Paypal REST Api failing to execute patch (sandbox)

When attempting to execute the patch call I get the following returned:

The returned error in the inspector console is:

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community:

Here are some reasons why you may have received this error:

• Transaction was processed in sandbox and the patch was performed pointed to live endpoints
• Your Client id did not process the order and does not have 3rd party permissions to perform this action
• You did not update your Access token and it expired
• Your order expired (expires after 3 hours)
• You are sending an invalid parameter
