we are currently using wordpress plugin "WP Paypal Shopping Cart Options v4.4.9"
we tested and we are able to perform the transaction twice... however, the amount of money paid is not reflected in our paypal account, may i know what have i done wrong, or missed?

If you are pointed to sandbox in your shopping cart the payments will go to your sandbox account and not live. Sandbox and live are servers are kept completely apart. If you comment your sandbox merchant id, I can confirm if the transactions have processed in Sandbox.
