processing payments

i wanted to inergrate paypay in my php web application to start processing online payments. i went to developers tab to create a sandbox account for testing and intergration but my country zambia was not listed. kindly advise if its possible for me to use paypal in zambia as i have been using it for my online payments

I see you got an account in Zambia. Currently, PayPal accounts in Zambia are unable to use the services to receive payments. When PayPal opens to a new country, they need to ensure that they are compliant with both local and international laws before PayPal can offer the full service in that country.

Due to the challenges and complexities associated with the worldwide financial network, PayPal cannot offer a firm date or timetable for expansion of specific services.
