login with PayPal sandbox personal account is not working in PayPal subscription

Hi, I have integrated PayPal subscription to my web app and I am trying to login with my personal PayPal sandbox account and it is giving me this error "We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method." any kind of help will be appreciated.

Hello,
I see in the screenshot for the checkout login page the receive account is located in India. Domestic payments are no longer supported in India.
A seller / merchant in India can still accept payments from international buyers provided the currency code is not "INR".
