Paypal sandbox email confirmation not showing in the notifications

Hi team,

 

I understand that paypal sandbox does not send confirmation emails and that I have to go to my main account (the business sandbox account), go to notifications and validate the confirmation there manually.

 

However, this notification is not showing up there either.

 

Could you please help ?

Hello,

If you cannot see the email confirmation notification within the "notifications" section of your developer account, login to the sandbox account and click on your personal or business name in the top right-hand side of the page and click on "profile settings".

In the "Login and security " section you should see the email address for the account displayed at the top of the page, click on "update". On the following page, any email address which is not confirmed will show "Unconfirmed" under the email address.

Click on the "edit" button to the right of the email address. On the next page, click on the "confirm this email" link. A notice will be shown "Check your email to confirm". Now check the "notifications" section of your developer account and you should see the new email allowing you to confirm the email address.

I've checked and confirmed that this functionality is working today, 5th January 2022 and I received the email allowing me to confirm the email address.
