Hello i Just started my online store using Wordpress and WooCommerce, when i try payment using sandbox i got this error

My Paypal acount is buisness and it's linked and activated with my Visa card (Country= DZ Algeria).
any help ? thanks in advance

Hello,

Please share the following information :

- Full URL shown in the address bar
- Email address for the sandbox account receiving the payment
- Email address for the sandbox account sending the payment

I can then review the transaction attempt to see what may have caused an issue
