Hi I have created a Paypal Sandbox Merchant PRO account. When I call the API, I get the following error:

This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.

What should I do now ???

My Sandbox API Username: lnt_merchant_pro2_api1.gmail.com

I am afraid you are affected by an existing issue.

We are really sorry about this and that there is no current fix for it.
