Unable to confirm sandbox email address

I have created my account as personal in order to access to the developer section, the reason is that I'm developing an Plugin for Joomla + VirtueMArt and RedShop e-commerce and I want to start going some testing for PayPal Plus.

 

The main account has been created and the email has been confirmed.

I have created the Sanbox accounts.

The problem I have is that the button {Create App} is disabled, a message at the bottom says that I have to confirm my email, well, no email for the sandbox has been received and the main account has already been  confirmed...

 

What can I do?

Hello,

Emails within the sandbox environment are not sent to external email addresses.

These emails are sent to the "notifications" section of your PayPal Developer account, check there for the emails.

If the issue persists, I'll need the email for your developer account in order to review the issue.
