Unable to confirm sandbox email address

Hi, 

 

I've recently created a sandbox account that needs the email address linked to the account confirmed however when attempting to confirm the address no confirmation email is sent. 

 

I've re-requested an email to be sent on countless occasions and have checked my junk box and spam inboxes, which both do not contain the confirmation email. 

 

This is preventing me from being able to test payments as I'm a unconfirmed user I'm unable to receive payments. 

 

please help me to confirm my email address / phone number of my sandbox account so I can begin testing receiving payment to my sandbox account?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.

 

The PayPal sandbox automatically creates your first business sandbox account when you sign up for a developer account on the developer site.

 

To generate the account name, PayPal appends -facilitator to your email name. PayPal assigns a set of test API credentials to the account. Use the account to create mock PayPal transactions in the PayPal sandbox.

 

To create an additional business sandbox account:

 

  1. Log in to the Developer Dashboard and navigate to the Sandbox>>Accounts page.
  2. Click Create Account.
  3. Set the Account Type to Business.
  4. Select a Country.
  5. Click Create Account.

I would suggest to please try creating new sandbox accounts and test the payment flow.

Hi @MTS_Chiranjeevi , I am still not able to verify my sandbox account even both developer and sandbox account's email address is same. I also not receiving the email from the sandbox.

Because of this issue I can't able to integrate Onboard Seller functionality. Can you please check this issue or verify my account manually? It helps me a lot and save my time.

Please follow the below steps to access the Sandbox email notifications.

 

Login to https://developer.paypal.com/ >> settings >> Dashboard >> SANDBOX >> click "notifications" section. 

 

or

 

Login to https://developer.paypal.com/  >> go to direct link - https://developer.paypal.com/dashboard/notifications

Thank you for the answer.

I was assuming that I needed to verify my account to move forward to the Paypal connected account. However, after verifying my account I still can't able to onboarding the seller. We are using the payout referral API (POST https://api-m.sandbox.paypal.com/v2/customer/partner-referrals). It stuck on the screen mentioned below. Can you please explain why it is happening and what I am missing?
