Unable to confirm sandbox email address for testing

Hi There,
How could I confirm my sandbox email address for testing, I have checked many times by clicking on "Confirm this email" link and it didn't received any email and also checked at the developer.paypal.com under account notification section and got few entries but didn't know how to activate my account.
Please activate the email at your end ASAP.

Hello,
You should see an email within the "notifications" section of your PayPal Developer account which has a subject of "confirm your email address". Follow the instructions to complete the process.
I've tested this functionality today and it's working. If you don't see the email, remove the email address from the sandbox account and re-add it, then click on the email address and select "confirm email" and it should notify you that an email has been sent.
Within 2-3 minutes you should see the email in the "notifications" section of your PayPal Developer account.
