Try Onboarding process from localhost environment

Hello everyone, I want to test the merchant onboarding process from my local env (using my credentials), is that possible?
I created a www.localhost/paypal.php  inside, i have the access token, called the referals api and i got the links. 
I could promt the PAYPAL minibrowser but after clicking permissions there is an error... no further info about.

How can i test the proccess ?

I recommend clearing your cache and cookies before attempting again.
