Shopify sent me here to activate reference transactions

Apparently I need to ask PayPal to activate reference transactions for my Shopify plus store here. Odd that I can’t ask PayPal and I’m being sent to the community forum. So… please?

You’ll have to contact customer service, the forums cannot handle account specific requests/issues.
