Send money from one sandbox account to another

Hi
I'm new to paypal sandbox and I set up and webhook to my business sandbox account. Then I created a personal sandbox account with 10 pounds on it. I tried sending 3 pounds from the personal account to the business account by email address as friends and family which worked and showed up in my history on the personal account but the business account did not receive anything. After around 3 days I still didn't receive the money. Any ideas why is that?

Hello,
Check the email address on the business sandbox account, if an account doesn't have a confirmed email address, it will not be able to accept any payments sent to the account until the email address is confirmed.
(note: email confirmation emails for sandbox accounts are sent to the "notifications" section of your PayPal developer account)
