Sandbox working but not live

Hello. I integrated paypal payment to my store, but it works only with sandbox credentials, live credentials don't work. (buyer is not redirected to paypal at payment page) 

What could the reason be?

Hello,

If live credentials don't work, check the URL where the buyer is redirected to login and approve the payment. If the URL contains "sandbox", then the request is being sent to our testing environment and you'll need to use another sandbox account to login and pay.

To use live credentials, the requests need to be submitted toward a production endpoint (no "sandbox" in the endpoint name) and live credentials need to be used to login and pay.
