Paypal Checkout - Pleaser try again

I keep getting this error while working in the Paypal Sandbox environment.

 I made sure that the same code was used that previously worked.

Looking at the Notification in my account I see that the payment was accepted. But Paypal is sending the response to my 'Cancel_url' page.
