Sandbox transaction failed

I am doing test transaction in sandbox mode, when i proceed with login password i get this,

'Your transaction exceeds the individual transaction limit of $0.00 USD.'.

In my sandbox buyers account, total balance is $10000. 

Please help!

Hi @zenney

 

You may have reached the sending limit for the account.  Is the account verified ?  If not, please verify the account and re-attempt the transaction.


If that doesn't resolve the issue, please provide the email address for the buyer account your attempting to use and the email address for the merchant account receiving the payment.
