Sandbox don't run notify_url may 2022

Hello, For two days I have had a problem with an ecommerce that has always worked! If I run my website in developer mode in sandbox, Paypal don't run notify_url, everything else works fine but the notify_url in php is not called. While if I run in production mode with the same notify_url everything works fine. How can I solve? I await your help. Thank you.

We're aware and an investigation has been been started internally to locate the cause and implement a solution.

I need to get the sandbox to work because I have to start two new ecommerce!

What do I have to do? Switch to Stripe?

I've tested it today with several different transaction types (send money, express checkout, REST orders) and I received the notifications for all the transactions.
