Sandbox doDirectPayment not working

Hi, I am trying to post a doDirectPayment to the sandbox and I get:

 

10548 This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.

 

This is using the Sandbox NVP/SOAP API at

https://api-3t.sandbox.paypal.com/nvp

version: 116.0

Hi Carlos,

I've checked your account and it's not been enabled for payments pro, so you won't be able to conduct DoDirectPayment API requests.

Login to your developer account and locate the sandbox account in question.

Click on the arrow to the left of the email address and then click on "profile". When the profile page appears, in the "Account Type" section, click on "upgrade to pro".

Once your account shows "Business-Pro", re-attempt the direct payment transaction.

Hello,

I need the merchant id from your account in order to review it's configuration.

Please provide the merchant id from your sandbox account. There is thread "pinned" to the top of this forum titled "how to report a sandbox issue" which provides instructions on how to retrieve it.
