Sandbox Woocommerce Plugin: Service Unavailable

Hi there!

I'm writing to you because I'm having a bit of an annoying problem that's blocking my continuation in setting up WooCommerce.

Before going live, as I always do, I set up a Sandbox account to test if everything is working properly. The problem is that when I click on the blue button of "Set up or connect a Sandbox account" I get "503 Service Unavailable"

As you can see here https://postimg.cc/ZvTkjMYV

What can I do?

Thanks

Hello,

Please follow the guide below and in "step 6", instead of clicking on "connect to PayPal", choose the option shown below it, which is titled "manual mode". Ensure you have also ticked the checkbox titled "sandbox" so that sandbox testing mode is enabled.

https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments

This will allow you to enter the API credentials for your sandbox account directly. You can retrieve the API credentials for your sandbox account, by following the instructions below.

First, login to your PayPal Developer account at https://developer.paypal.com using the email address and password for your PayPal account.

Once logged into PayPal Developer, click on "Accounts" under the "Sandbox" column to view your list of sandbox accounts.

Locate the sandbox account in question and click the three dots to the right of the email address and then select "view/edit account" from the drop-down menu which appears.

Once the "Profile" page appears, click on the "API Credentials" tab to view the API credentials for the account.

Copy and paste each of the API credentials into WooCommerce, save the changes and your sandbox account should now be connected to your WooCommerce store.

Thanks !
