Sandbox Verification - No verification email received

Hi. How can I get my sandbox account verified? I have requested the verification email several times but nothing yet.

Hello,
Please review the thread pinned to the top of this forum, there is currently an issue with email delivery in our sandbox environment.
I can manually verify the account for you, but you will need to provide the merchant id from your sandbox account. Instructions on how to retrieve the merchant id for your sandbox account can be found in the thread pinned to the top of this forum titled "how to report a sandbox issue".
