Sandbox Sign Up Issue

While trying to Sign Up for PayPal Sandbox account I've noticed the following.

• Business phone number field is showing wrong flags
• Country dropdown field is not showing country. I think it's showing Cities.

Can you explain what you mean in more detail please ? Perhaps you can provide an example ?

"Country dropdown field is not showing country. I think it's showing Cities."

I've checked this today and when going to create a sandbox account, countries are being shown.
