I just want to ask if there's a problem on SANDBOX paypal? I'm currently testing payments for my website using sandbox paypal. 
Is it on maintenance? Yestereday on August 13 2020 it was working fine. But today it just giving error

Any news about this? I can't test payment for my website

Hello,

I've checked the error link you provided and the email address referenced in the link is not associated with a sandbox account.

You will need to add this email address to a sandbox business account or create a new sandbox business account and use the email address from that account instead.
