When attempting to pair the sandbox account from our development enviornment, we are able to get through all the steps until the end. At the place where it says home address, when we click next the error message comes up "We're sorry, something went wrong" without any details as to what or what is needed to resolve the issue.
Review the thread pinned at the top of this forum titled "IMPORTANT -- How to report a sandbox issue" and update this thread with the merchant id from the sandbox account you want to link to your developer account and then also provided the merchant id for your production PayPal account and I can link the two accounts together for you.
