Sandbox | API Access | HTTP 500

This issue seems to be ongoing as I'm getting a 500 (Internal Server Error) when making the following request:  (London, UK)

https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/businessmanage/credentials/apiAccess 

Any ideas when this isssue will be resolved?

I've just re-produced this issue and will be submitted a request for our developers to investigate.
