Resend button on webhooks doesn't work

The "RESEND" button on the Sandbox Webhook Events page doesn't work. When you click it, the text is replaced by a spinner, then reappears (seemingly successful) but the webhook isn't actually sent. I've checked through the HTTP logs on my server and there's no request made by PayPal to the webhook URL, so it's not an issue at my end.

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

I kindly ask you to attempt resending the webhook event by clicking the "resend" button again on the sandbox webhooks page.

If you still facing the issue, please create a MTS ticket via -   https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with detailed error information.
