Hello,

is there any update on this? It's quite frustrating that this hasn't been fixed since the issue exists for over a year now and the documentation clearly states that those attributes should exist.

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community.

Connect with PayPal is the replacement for Identity. You will need to enable the Rest Application on the Developer Dashboard to specify the information that you are needing to get back.

Here is the information on setting up Connect with PayPal: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/connect-with-paypal/

If you do not enable the Rest Application to receive the information back, you will not see this information in the response.
