RATE_LIMIT_REACHED

Whenever I try to do a payout in sandbox env, it shows me an error RATE_LIMIT_REACHED.

Hello,

If you're being rate limited, you're submitting too many API requests per minute.

Reduce the number of API requests you submit per minute and you won't experience this issue.

There is no "workaround" to rate-limiting.
