It says im blocked from message center too many requests i was trying to send my information through my phonr and opened it many times now im blocked what can i do now?
If you have received the message "rate limit reached", then as you mentioned you have made too many requests and your access has been limited. The rate limit will be removed automatically after a period of inactivity, so allow a few hours and make a new attempt.
