Please help to enable reference transactions on my seller account

I am not sure if this is right place for this? if not please guide me to enable reference transactions on my seller account for sandbox environment.

I am working with adyen and using paypal as payment method. I would like to do recurring payment with paypal

I've checked merchant id "2WN6ZNLQS6NA" and reference transactions show as already being enabled on this sandbox account.

I've also checked merchant id "5PNZYVWKHCCY8" and this doesn't belong to a sandbox account. Please share the merchant id from a sandbox business account in which you want reference transactions enabled.
