Paypal sandbox account payment issue

We are trying to test our payments using sandbox details but we are getting an error as "sorry your bank wasn't able to verify your visa PayPal sandbox", we have tried with other Paypal sandbox details even though we are getting the same issue, please try to help us out ASAP.

Update the expiry date on the card being used for the transaction.

Recommended expiry dates : 01/2020 or 04/2020 or 05/2020

Once updated, payment should be processed successfully.
