I have made batch payment with sandbox payout api.
Where i have added unregistered email id in payout list emails, After made payment getting status UNCONFIRMED for particular that email, then i have created paypal personal sandbox account for that email, Still didn't got that payment in my account. and status still getting unconfirmed.
And again if i am setting that email and make call sandbox payout api gettig payment with status Completed, so why didn't get payment if created sandbox paypal account when status is UNCONFIRMED?
