I have a problem testing anew feature of our own software with the sandbox.
Sometimes we get no response (but a response timeout) after a recurring payment via DoReferenceTransaction request, so we do not know whether the payment was successful or not. In that case we want to query the status later by TransactionSearch request by InvoiceID. Our problem with that is that the response is always empty if the successfully payed amount is > 3,99€. But it works fine if the amount is <=3,99. Please help me to fix the problem.
I cannot append the logs and example SOAP requests because they contain data that shall not be visible to the public.
