Issue with Sandbox IPN URL throwing 404 Error

Hi - I'm trying to use my Sandbox environment and when I process a test sale the Sandbox URL is throwing the following error:

404 ROUTE_NOT_FOUND

We couldn't find what you were looking for.

The URL I'm using is: https://ipnpb.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr

Has the URL changed? What am I doing wrong? The service dashboard doesn't indicate anything is wrong with the underlying services.

Check the thread pinned at the top of the forum, another user has already reported this issue and we're working to resolve as soon as possible.

There are two endpoints you can use for IPN validation.

https://ipnpb.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr

&

https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr

If one is not working for you, please try the other.
