Hello How are you.

Now I want to integrate the seller paypal account to our business account, so I am using paypal commerce platform api call.

So I call api for getting active url(https://api.sandbox.paypal.com/v1/customer/partner-referrals), but got invalid input error.

Let me know how this happen
